At C&C, every product is packed with love and care. As a thoughtful brand, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless item you receive is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging—just the way it reached you.
If something isn’t right, we’re here for you. Simply email us with clear pictures of the issue along with a complete unboxing video, and we’ll take it from there. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours.

If you wish to request a refund or exchange under the conditions mentioned above, please mention the reason clearly in your email and let us know your preference.
Once we receive and carefully inspect the product, we’ll update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund.
